Front:
NKP-painted GP30s are appearing all over. The original 900 is retired at Bellevue, and the Cincinnati Railway wants to repaint 901 in its original scheme. The Indiana Northeastern has applied Nickel Plate colors to its ex-RDG and PRR units. Here's a real one, NKP 904, photographed early in life. She too lives on, rebuilt as BNSF GP39E 2749.

Back: Her life began in April, 1905 as Wabash-Pittsburgh Terminal 2114. Years later, as Wheeling & Lake Erie 4110, this well-dressed 2-8-0 handles freight at a location believed to be in the Toledo area. Can any of our members identify the location? One suspects that little of this scene is left today.
