Membership Forms

A separate form must be submitted for each individual applying for new membership. Please answer all questions and remit the necessary dues with the appropriate form. Incomplete forms and/or incorrect dues will cause a delay in processing your membership while we request missing information and/or dues. All applicants for Retired Membership status must provide documentation.

For your convenience we have provided four different membership forms depending on your needs and membership status. Each form except for the Online Change of Information Form is in the PDF file format. You will need the Adobe Reader for the PDF files. IMPORTANT - RENEWING MEMBERS! The 2008 membership year commenced on October 16, 2007 and renewals should be submitted by that date, if at all possible.
        Members submitting a renewal postmarked after December 1, 2007 will be assessed a $5.00 late fee. Members not including the $5.00 fee will not receive a membership card nor 2008 magazines, newsletters, etc. until the late fee is paid. The fee is not applicable to Associate members, but those memberships will be held until the sponsoring membership is paid. (Nor is it applicable to new members who may join at any time.)
        Renewal cards will be sent with the August Newsletter, or you may download a Renewal form from the web site (see above).

PRIVACY POLICY: The Nickel Plate Road Historical & Technical Society maintains a general policy whereby it does not sell or offer membership information to any other group or individual for any purpose. However, information from your application form and subsequent renewal or change of information forms may be used for internal purposes by the Society (e.g., provide information for the formation of local chapters). You will have the opportunity on each of the forms to opt out of the sharing of this information.

New Members:
Write "New Member" on your check if you are joining for the first time.

Renewing Members:
Write your NKPHTS Member Number on your check if you are renewing your membership.
